Privacy & Confidentiality
We respect your privacy. Personal information is handled with care and shared only when appropriate.
In most cases:
- We request a signed Release of Information (ROI) before coordinating with schools, providers, or other agencies.
- We take steps to protect personal information and maintain confidentiality.
Please note: Confidentiality has limits when safety is a concern (see below).

Safety is always our priority. Cornerstone Youth and Family Services follows applicable state and federal requirements related to safety and reporting.
This may include situations involving:
- Suspected abuse or neglect
- Threats of harm to self or others
- Urgent safety concerns that require immediate action
